General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for growing and supporting an engaged team environment while also providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated and able to multitask. Must have 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience, weekends, and on-call availability required.
Front Desk
Our Guest Experience Specialists (front desk) are responsible for much more than answering phones and scheduling appointments. While that may be a part of the job, this critical role is responsible for our guest's entire experience with FIKA. 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience as well as working some weekends are required.
Registered Nurse
As a registered nurse at Fika Infusion, responsibilities include placing IVs, administering injections, and overseeing the quality, safety, and overall care provided to patients. Some weekends are required.
