We know every guest’s wellness journey is unique. That’s why our memberships are completely commitment-free—giving you the flexibility to choose weekly or monthly treatments as needed, without being locked into a long-term program.

We know our guests share the same level of character and integrity that we do. We believe that if you surround yourself with like-minded individuals and promote an atmosphere of honesty and trust, there's no need to have you "sign a contract".

All of our memberships are month-to-month. If a guest purchases a membership on the 15th of the month, their billing cycle will reoccur on the 15th of the following month until they decide to cancel.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, which is why we allow members to freeze their billing for up to 3 months at a time, with automatic reactivation afterward. You can freeze again as needed, and any unused points stay available. Just note: membership discounts pause during freezes. *There are NO fees to freeze or suspend your membership.

All points accumulate over time and NEVER expire!

You can share your points with anyone you choose for free-whether it's a spouse, a friend, or a family member. Points for services make a great gift!

Once you've used up your points, you still have additional membership benefits you can take advantage of, like 20% off vitamin therapy services and 10% off retail items. You also get unlimited access to FIKA's functional medicine nurse practitioner. Points can also be used for weight loss with an active Wellness Plan Membership.
