We understand that the health and wellness needs of our guests are different and unique. Some may require a weekly treatment for 4 - 6 weeks and others may need a monthly treatment for 3-6 months. That is why we've made all of our memberships "NO COMMITMENT" allowing our members the flexibility to incorporate vitamin therapy into their wellness routine to help them reach their goals, but also not feel like they are "LOCKED" into another wellness program they may not need for an extended period of time (3, 6, OR 12 months).

We know our guests share the same level of character and integrity that we do. We believe that if you surround yourself with like-minded individuals and promote an atmosphere of honesty and trust, there's no need to have you "sign a contract".

All of our memberships are month-month. If a guest purchases a membership on the 15th of the month, their billing cycle will reoccur on the 15th of the following month until they decide to cancel. Having said that, we also allow members to change their billing dates to accommodate their financial needs.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, which is why we allow our members to freeze/suspend their billing cycle for up to 3 months at a time. After this period, the membership will re-activate automatically. Once the membership reactivates, members are allowed to freeze/suspend their billing cycle again if needed. During your freeze/suspension, members still have access to any unused points in their account, but will not receive any additional membership discounts until the account is activated.
